Academy aims at an inclusive change among the masses through Skill Development Programmes. Currently the Academy is providing UGC recognized UG & PG programmes through its association with registered universities. For employed youth lateral private UG & PG courses are also available.
In addition to the above services VR Academy is promoting B. Voc. and M. Voc. degrees where in the candidates get degree program with multiple exit and entry points. It is built on a combination of Practical, Theoretical and Generic course curriculum. The programme is specifically designed to engage students in on-the-job training at real shop-floor of the industry along with theoretical learning.
Realising the importance of skilling in education, its contribution to the growth of the individual and aligning with the aspirations as reflected in NEP 2020, VR Academy functions as a skill-knowledge provider through low cost high quality university certified certificate, diploma and PG Diploma courses. All these skill courses are partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). Under 14 sectors over 170 skill courses are currently available for the aspirants.

Education in the new millennium is a challenge for all stakeholders. Education from the time immemorial is to prepare an individual to fit into the society as a productive and contributing responsible citizen. However the pace of change in the new era is so fast that syllabuses become obsolete within a short period and at times technological advances overturn the mode and pedagogy overnight. The indicators, vectors and axis of measurement just do not depend on the prefixed scales since the scale itself keeps changing.
After corona waves, similar to all sectors, education too underwent changes. Classes and courses started moving from offline to online. Even universities and the authorities governing universities recommend that learning must be in a hybrid form, with the onus on online teaching-learning. One more factor that started influencing education sector is the NEP-2020. The freedom and joy of learning is given to learners with respect to choice of subjects. It provides easy entry and exit. Another strong recommendation of the NEP-2020 is the skilling. It has made it mandatory to map the learning with related skills. Skilling is the new mantra.
